This position is for commercial drivers with a Class A or B license. Most driving will involve delivering equipment and/or materials to construction sites. Drivers are responsible for maintaining the vehicle and securing trailer and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Must have 2 to 3 years experience with permitted loads and have a valid Class A or B license;
- Must be able to follow OSHA safety standards and be safety conscious; Must have current DOT medical card; Knowledge of DOT regulations;
- Must be able to take both oral and written orders, instructions, and guidance from supervisors and managers; Must be committed to contributing to a culture of safety, looking out for yourself and others;
- Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co–workers or supervisors with other duties; and

An Equipment Operator is responsible for the operation and general daily maintenance of all equipment in a safe and efficient manner. Equipment may include, but is not limited to, pavers, rollers, skid steers, excavators, backhoes, and loaders. The Equipment Operator must also maintain and secure all equipment according to company policy and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Must have 3 years experience in operating heavy equipment;
- Must be able to follow OSHA safety standards and be safety conscious; Must be 18 years or older and legally authorized to work in the United States;
- Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as assigned;
- Must be committed to contributing to a culture of safety, looking out for yourself and others;
- Must be able to take oral and written orders, instructions, and guidance from supervisors and managers; and
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen and acceptable driving history as determined at the sole discretion of the company.
A Paving Equipment Operator is skilled at operating the equipment necessary to complete construction on roads, runways, or other areas that need ground covering. They may work to lay, spread, and even out asphalt, gravel, dirt, and other material.
Qualifications:
- Must have 2 years experience in operating paving equipment;
- Must be able to follow OSHA safety standards and be safety conscious;
- Must be 21 years or older and legally able to work in the United States;
- Stable work history with good references from past employers; and
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a drug screen, background check, and acceptable driving history which will be determined at the sole discretion of the company.
The Concrete Finisher smooths and finishes surfaces of poured concrete, such as driveways, walks, sidewalks, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools. Will align forms for sidewalks, curbs, or gutters. Involves physical labor such as shoveling, raking concrete, and heavy lifting. May be required to drive trucks and other moving equipment.
Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of construction experience;
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of concrete experience;
- Must be able to follow OSHA safety standards and be safety conscious;
- Knowledge of construction procedures equipment and OSHA guidelines necessary;
- Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co–workers or supervisors with other duties as required;
- 18 years or older and legally able to work in the United States;
- Active and valid drivers license with acceptable driving history as determined at the sole discretion of the company;
- Must be able to take both oral and written orders, instructions, and guidance from supervisors and managers; and

Performs general construction tasks involving physical labor at construction projects. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, plate compactors, and a variety of other equipment and instruments. Involves physical labor such as shoveling, laying asphalt, and heavy lifting. Will be responsible for cleaning up rubble and debris and preparing job sites for paving. May be required to drive utility trucks and other moving equipment.
Qualifications:
- Must have 1 to 3 years of asphalt experience;
- Knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines necessary;
- Must be able to follow OSHA safety standards and be safety conscious;
- Have the willingness to work in a team environment and assist co–workers or supervisors with other duties;
- Must be 18 years or older and legally able to work in the United States;
- Active and valid drivers license with acceptable driving history;

Flagger controls and directs movement of vehicular traffic through roadway construction sites using sign, hand, and flag signals. Warns construction workers when approaching vehicle fails to heed signals to prevent accident and injury to workers. Informs drivers of detour routes through construction sites. Flaggers are responsible for public safety and all highway workers. The position may assist other craft workers within restraints of physical requirements.
Qualifications:
- ATSSA Flagger certificate;
- One-year asphalt/paving experience;
- Must be able to follow OSHA safety standards and be safety conscious;
